Job Description

Job Title: Finance Staff

The Finance Staff will be responsible for supporting the finance department in various financial tasks, including Financial Analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the finance sector.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Support budget preparation and monitoring processes.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Assist in reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
Maintain financial records and documentation.
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Qualifications

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. (ICAN Certification is an added advantage)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
