Early years Arts and Craft Instructor-Immediate start Lekki Ikate

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Arts & Crafts Facilitator to lead engaging and educational workshops for children and/or adults. The ideal candidate should have a passion for arts, a talent for teaching, and the ability to inspire creativity in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct hands-on arts and crafts sessions for various age groups.
Develop engaging lesson plans and creative projects based on different skill levels.
Provide guidance and techniques for painting, drawing, sculpting, and other craft activities.
Encourage self-expression and confidence through artistic exploration.
Ensure all materials are well-organized and maintain a clean workspace.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with schools, community centers, or event organizers for special workshops.

Requirements:
✔ Experience in arts, crafts, or design (formal training is a plus but not required).
✔ Passion for teaching and working with children/adults.
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills.
✔ Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe space for creativity.
✔ Knowledge of different artistic techniques and materials.
✔ Prior experience in facilitation, education, or event coordination is an advantage.
