Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Solar Installer at Solar Depot Nigeria. The Lead Solar Installer will be responsible for installing solar systems, using power and hand tools, and ensuring top-quality workmanship. The role involves managing a team of installers and overseeing projects in Ikeja.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Solar Power and Solar Systems expertise
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Knowledge of the Solar Industry
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Previous experience in solar installation
• Electrical wiring experience is a plus
• Solar certifications or training
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interpret technical data and explain complex concepts to non-technical customers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software
