Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze and interpret test results to assist in patient diagnosis.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to safety and quality control procedures in the laboratory.
Document and report test findings promptly and accurately
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide the best patient care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and laboratory protocols.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical laboratory setting.
Proficiency in laboratory procedures and use of diagnostic equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
