Job Description
Client: Fashion Brand
Location: Lekki Phase 1 (Accommodation Available)
Salary: ₦100,000
Responsibilities:
Client Relations & Customer Service:
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and in person.
• Follow up on orders, feedback, and client satisfaction.
• Assist in-store clients with product recommendations and styling.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional showroom atmosphere.
• Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring resolution and follow-ups.
Order Management & Logistics:
• Accurately process, pack, and label orders per brand standards.
• Coordinate timely deliveries with logistics partners.
Showroom & Inventory Management:
• Keep the display area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Monitor inventory and alert management when restocking is needed.
• Document stock inflows and outflows accurately.
Sales & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports.
• Ensure client records and sales documentation are complete and organized.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in retail, fashion, or customer service.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail, especially in order processing and inventory.
Ability to resolve client concerns professionally.
A keen eye for fashion and styling is a plus.
