Job Description

A young talented lawyer who will provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters, including but not limited to civil, criminal, corporate and family law cases. Also to ensure our company’s transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations on legal transactions.

Responsibilities:

Preparing the appropriate legal documents.
Evaluate new business partnerships.
Represent the company in legal proceedings.
Providing legal advice.
Conduct thorough research on legal precedents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in law.
Litigation experience will be a plus.
Minimum of 2 years post-call.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Highly analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
