Job Description

Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Officer to manage our financial transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departments
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B Sc. or HND) in accounting or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office
