Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Account Officer with a strong background in accounting and audit experience to join our team at, a leading interior design company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management: Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, leveraging audit experience to identify areas for improvement.
4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with audit experience an added advantage.
3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
