Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative – (HoReCa)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with 2-3 years of experience in the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HoReCa industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, promoting our products, and driving business growth in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other hospitality establishments.
2. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
3. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering support to strengthen business partnerships.
4. Track sales performance, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and provide regular updates on sales goals, achievements, and challenges.
5. Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences to effectively communicate the value of products and services.
6. Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies, identify target markets, and develop competitive pricing models.

Qualifications & Requirements:
o Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the HoReCa sector or related industries.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in B2B sales.
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
o Strong understanding of the HoReCa market and customer needs.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to identify business opportunities and close sales effectively.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary:
₦150,000.00 Monthly
