Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our products/services directly to clients in the field.- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, business opportunities, and potential clients within the assigned territory.
- Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to present products/services and build strong relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed set targets.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s products, pricing structures, and competitive advantages.
- Collect feedback from clients and report market trends to the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of the market and territory assigned.
- Must be willing to travel frequently.
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
