Job Description
• Educate customers on product usage, ingredients, and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest beauty trends and product launches.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling products.
• Ensure product displays are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service
• Stay updated on company promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
• Be in charge and control of all social media handles of the company like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc.
• Reply to all social media requests and enquiries.
