Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our client’s team. This role involves engaging with existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales visits to both existing customers and prospective businesses.
Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Demonstrate and present products effectively to potential clients.
Assist in establishing new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential customers.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer interaction logs.
Organize training sessions for customers, educating them on the company’s training practices, including best practices and compliance guidelines.
Track and follow up on orders, confirmations, deliveries, and payments.
Prepare and submit reports, including weekly sales plans, commission summaries, and performance updates.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and build professional networks.
Review sales performance regularly and work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Assist in negotiating sales packages and offering solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing support, product guidance, and after-sales service.
Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for product improvement or promotional activities.
Collect, analyze, and summarize sales data to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
OND/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a passion for meeting sales targets.
Familiarity with market trends and sales strategies.
Male candidates are preferred for gender balance.
Candidates must reside on the Island or Mainland.
