Job Description

We specialize in media production, branding, corporate communication, brand management, and advertising, helping businesses and organizations achieve impactful visibility.

We are seeking a Head of Media and Communication to lead our media strategies, oversee brand communication, and drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute communication strategies that enhance our company’s image, manage media relations, and ensure brand consistency while also spearheading marketing efforts to grow the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive media, communication, and marketing strategies.
• Oversee content creation, social media management, and brand messaging.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and public relations campaigns.
• Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.
• Drive strategic marketing initiatives, partnerships, and client engagement.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and optimize branding efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align communication and marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in media management, marketing, public relations, or corporate communication.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and crisis communication skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, branding, advertising, and media analytics.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Membership of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) is an added advantage.
