Job Summary:
As a Junior Full Stack Developer at The Havana Group of Companies, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust platforms using a variety of technologies. You will be involved in the complete product development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of both new and existing features. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, functional code for both front-end and back-end, collaborating with the development team to ensure system consistency, and enhancing user experience. You will also focus on optimizing web design for mobile speed, performing UI tests, and ensuring the stability and usability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain fully-fledged platforms with attention to both front-end and back-end technologies.
Write and maintain clean, functional code for various features.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure system consistency and user satisfaction.
Optimize web designs for mobile performance and speed.
Perform UI tests to enhance performance and stability.
Engage in the entire product development lifecycle from design to deployment.
Specific Skills:

Proficient in front-end languages and libraries such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledgeable in back-end languages including C#, Java, and Python, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue.
Experience with databases like MySQL and MongoDB, and familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache).
Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Skilled in testing and debugging.
Strong eye for layout aesthetics.
Analytical with effective time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Enthusiastic about new technologies with a keen interest in learning and skill improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in full-stack development (internships or project experience included).
