Job Description

Job Summary:
We're looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South-eastern part of Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and market share expansion
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, distributors, and retailers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive business results
- Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales management experience in the mobile device industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
