Accountant

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and risk management.
Excellent knowledge of internal controls, corporate accounting, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, while monitoring compliance with all financial regulations.
Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and improve financial efficiency.
Assess and manage financial risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential risks.
Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.
Coordinate audits and financial reviews, ensuring compliance with ICAN/ACCA standards and best practices.
Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management for effective business planning.
