Analyze financial data, forecasts, and budgets to inform decision-making.

Report on financial health and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and financial standards.

Conduct internal audits and manage risk proactively.

Stay on top of changing legislation and liaise with regulatory bodies.

Portfolio & Investment Management
Manage Shecluded’s financial portfolio with a focus on impact and returns.

Evaluate investment opportunities and optimize loan portfolio strategies.

Track market trends to guide smart financial moves.

Leadership & Team Development
Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.

Set KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate financial insights to the executive team and investors.

Cultivate strong relationships with banks, partners, and financial institutions.

Align financial objectives with organizational strategies.

Financial Operations & Systems
Implement efficient, scalable financial systems (we use QuickBooks).

Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.

Streamline processes to support transparency and growth.
