Porter/Room Service

As a Room Service/Porter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service while attending to guests’ needs, including room service requests, luggage handling, and providing general assistance to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. You will act as a liaison between guests and the operational team, ensuring that their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
You will work collaboratively with the housekeeping, front office, and food and beverage teams to maintain operational efficiency and deliver the highest standards of service. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, committed to ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food, beverages, and requested items to guest rooms promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and service areas.
Work closely with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Physically capable of lifting and transporting luggage.
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
