Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all hospital departments, including patient care, nursing, administrative functions, and support services.
Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate hospital staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and promoting a positive work environment.
Financial Management: Manage the hospital budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial stability.
Quality and Compliance: Implement and maintain quality control measures, ensure adherence to regulations, and address patient safety concerns.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the hospital, including service development and improvements.
Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, patients, families, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to improve hospital operations, patient care, and financial performance.
Required Skills and Qualities:
Leadership: Strong leadership skills are essential for motivating and guiding staff.
