Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Officer to drive the identification and generation of new leads, partnerships, and business opportunities for Turbomedics.You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and partners, building relationships, and contributing to overall business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and industry leaders, to drive business development and expand Turbomedics’ reach.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and market penetration.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners to achieve business objectives.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure Turbomedics' products and services align with market needs and expectations.
Reporting & KPI Tracking: Regularly track and report progress on sales targets, pipeline growth, and market penetration to senior management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare, technology, or medical devices.
Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Africa, including emerging trends and regulatory environments.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with digital marketing, lead generation tools, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with medical devices and health-related technologies.

Salary:
₦300,000.00 Monthly
