Job Description
Join SGX MOBILITY as a Regional Sales Manager and take ownership of revenue growth within your assigned territories. You will lead and mentor a sales team, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets. This role demands a blend of sales expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Development: Managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to exceed goals. This includes performance reviews and professional development.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and staying abreast of market trend.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. Using CRM is essential.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working effectively with marketing, product, and other teams.
Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
Networking: Representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in a relevant field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales management, ideally within a related industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, data analysis, and relationship-building skills. CRM proficiency is a must, team management, travel flexibility, customer focus.
Personal Attributes: Integrity, professionalism, customer-centric approach.
Logistics: Ability to travel frequently.
