Job Description
1. Pastry Production: Oversee the production of high-quality pastries
2. Team Management: Lead, train and develop a team of pastry cooks, giving guidance, feedback and support to ensure exceptional performance
3. Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Applicants must have pastry experience in a restaurant.
It is a 24hrs restaurant that runs morning, afternoon and night shifts.
