Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Industry: Retail (Bedroom and Bathroom Products)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full Time (On-site)
Budget: ₦150,000

Job Description (Summary):
As Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential customers, building relationships, and qualifying leads to pass on to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers through various sources (e.g., LinkedIn, industry reports, company websites).
2. Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to potential customers to generate interest and qualify leads.
3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on company criteria (e.g., company size, industry, job function).
4. Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points.
5. Data Entry: Accurately enter lead information and interactions into our CRM system.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and prospecting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in CRM software
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Highly motivated and results-driven.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with our industry or target market.
Experience with sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Proficiency in multiple languages.
Salary:
