Job Description
The Client Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service delivery, and a delightful travel experience. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in the travel industry, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a deep understanding of travel products, booking systems, and customer service protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, bookings, and after-sales support.
Provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, tour packages, and visa requirements.
Handle flight, hotel, tour, and car rental bookings using GDS and other travel platforms.
Manage client profiles and maintain accurate booking records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with operations and ticketing teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
Generate client feedback and use insights to improve service delivery.
Contribute to the company’s marketing and promotional activities where required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in the travel and tour industry.
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, and visa procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
