Job Description
The Architectural Designer (Structural Engineer) is responsible for ensuring the structural safety and feasibility of industrial park buildings. This role involves optimizing material use, cost-efficiency, and construction methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Design structural frameworks for buildings, including steel structures and concrete reinforcements.
Ensure load-bearing calculations and safety compliance.
Optimize designs to reduce costs while maintaining durability.
Collaborate with construction and planning teams to align architectural and engineering aspects.
Conduct structural assessments and provide solutions for modifications or enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design.
Strong knowledge of building materials, load calculations, and safety codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, and structural analysis software.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
