Job Description
The Planning Designer is responsible for the overall master planning of industrial parks, including layout design, industry research, and regulatory compliance. This role requires expertise in urban planning, architectural design, and spatial analysis to create efficient and sustainable development plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct industry research and analyze relevant policies to guide master planning.
• Develop layout conceptual designs, including land use planning, zoning, and infrastructure placement.
• Coordinate with other design teams to ensure functional and aesthetic harmony.
• Prepare presentation reports, diagrams, and planning proposals.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and environmental considerations.
• Optimize land utilization and infrastructure efficiency in planning projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning or urban development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other planning software.
• Strong knowledge of zoning laws and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
