Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Chef to lead and execute culinary operations with precision, consistency, and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Execute the preparation, presentation, and delivery of all menu items in accordance with established culinary standards

Develop, test, and refine menus that are innovative, seasonally appropriate, and financially viable

Lead and supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff performance, workflow, and productivity

Enforce rigorous hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with regulatory and internal policies

Monitor food inventory, control costs, and coordinate procurement to minimize waste and ensure product availability

Mentor, train, and evaluate culinary staff to foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Maintain precise documentation related to inventory, food safety logs, and kitchen procedures

Collaborate with management and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
