Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect to oversee the architectural aspects of construction projects on-site. The Site Architect will ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout the construction process, coordinate with various stakeholders, and monitor the progress and quality of work. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and hands-on experience with site operations.

Supervise and manage architectural activities at the construction site to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, engineers (MEP, structural), consultants, and the design office to resolve design or construction issues
Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, and architectural details on-site
Prepare and submit regular site reports, progress updates, and snag lists
Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions, and propose practical solutions
Attend site meetings and client walkthroughs, representing the architectural perspective
Ensure that all architectural work complies with local codes, regulations, and company standards
Support the implementation of any design changes or value engineering initiatives
Document and manage variations, RFIs (Requests for Information), and site instructions
Salary:
₦300,000.00 Monthly
