Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
2. Design and Documentation: Develop and prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for projects.
3. Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide design options, and obtain feedback.
4. Team Management: Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers, providing guidance and support.
5. Business Development: Contribute to business development, including marketing, proposal writing, and networking.
6. Quality Control: Ensure that projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
7. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to projects.
Qualification and Required Skills:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Masters will be an advantage)
2. Registration: ARCON Registered Architect with current practice license
3. Experience: Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in architectural practice, with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial projects.
4. Software Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
5. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
