Job Description
2. Supervising and managing staff, including DJs, producers, and other personnel.
3. Planning and scheduling programming, shows, and events.
4. Managing the station's budget, finances, and resources.
5. Promoting the station, its shows, and events to increase listenership and engagement.
6. Ensuring the station complies with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
7. *Community Engagement*: Building relationships with the community, partners, and stakeholders.
8. Overseeing the technical aspects of the station, including equipment and broadcasting.
9. Recruiting, training, and developing talent for the station.
10. Developing and implementing long-term strategies to achieve the station's goals.
