Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality photos and videos of projects, team activities, and site progress. This includes capturing compelling visuals, editing footage, and creating short-form video content for social media.
• Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and presentations to support content initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), website content, and other digital platforms.
• Optimize content for different platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company's marketing and communication goals.
• Create content calendars and schedules to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify content opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing team, project managers, site teams, and other internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers and videographers as needed.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic) to identify what resonates with the audience.
• Generate reports on content performance and recommend adjustments to the strategy.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, style guidelines, and overall messaging.
• Continuously learn about new content creation tools, trends, and best practices in the construction and digital marketing industries.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content creation skills (writing, photography, videography, graphic design).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in photography and videography, including capturing, editing, and basic post-production.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus).
• Experience managing social media platforms and understanding their best practices.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for storytelling and the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.
• Familiarity with the construction industry and its terminology is a significant advantage.
Salary:
₦200,000.00 Monthly
