Title: Procurement Officer

Reporting to: Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager
Summary: The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services, and maintaining relationships with suppliers for our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate potential suppliers for food ingredients, equipment, and other necessary materials.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers, securing favorable terms.
Generate and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and access to quality products.
Manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring sufficient stock for daily operations.
Monitor procurement costs, ensuring they adhere to the restaurant's budget.
Ensure all procured goods and services meet the restaurant's quality standards.
Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies related to procurement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of relevant Nigerian regulations and policies related to procurement.
