Job Description
Job Summary:
Our client seeks a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager who will harness the power of AI and advanced analytics to lead its sales operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in sales strategy, data-driven decision-making, and customer relationship management within the oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides insights on market trends, client behaviors, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
Develop and implement AI-enhanced sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the oil & gas value chain (upstream, midstream, downstream).
Leverage AI-driven analytics to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, and industry stakeholders.
Lead proposal development, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align product offerings with client needs.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to senior leadership.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
Key Requirement
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Petroleum, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification in AI/Data Science is a plus.
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven experience in sales within the oil & gas sector.
Proficiency in using AI tools and CRM platforms to drive sales performance.
Strong understanding of oil & gas workflows and operational challenges.
Knowledge of AI concepts such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and digital twins.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-integrated platforms.
