A printing and event firm is seeking a male or female graduate to work REMOTELY as BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST. The ideal applicant should be a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant, capable of streamlining daily operations and enhancing business productivity. Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, managing customer communications, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with marketing and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Send quotes and invoices to clients in a timely manner
• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Receive and process customer orders efficiently
• Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth procurement and service delivery
• Streamline internal processes to improve productivity
• Design basic graphics for marketing and social media
• Conduct online research to support business decisions
• Draft contracts and assist with document preparation
• Manage social media platforms and content scheduling
• Respond promptly to calls and emails
Qualifications:
• A graduate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva , Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools, and social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience in administrative support, digital marketing and graphics is an asset
