Job Description

A dynamic printing and events firm in Lagos is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented graduate (male or female) to work remotely as a Social Media Handler and Digital Marketer.The ideal candidate will also serve as an Administrative & Marketing Assistant, supporting daily operations, customer relations, and marketing initiatives to enhance overall business productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and send quotes and invoices promptly to clients
•Handle swiftly customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
•Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
•Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless procurement and service delivery
•Optimize internal processes to boost operational efficiency
•Design basic graphics for marketing materials and social media posts
•Draft contracts and assist in document preparation
•Manage social media platforms and schedule content effectively

Qualifications:

•A graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools
•Familiarity with major social media platforms
•Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
•Prior experience in administrative support, digital marketing, or graphic design will be an added advantage
