Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about driving growth, building strong client relationships, and executing innovative marketing strategies. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s real estate products and services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Present and promote residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.

Conduct site inspections, property tours, and client meetings.

Assist clients in making informed property decisions by providing detailed information and professional advice.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, including digital marketing, print ads, and property expos.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, pricing trends, and market conditions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Ensure all sales processes are in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
