Job Description
The Senior Analyst – Business Process & Performance will play a key role in optimizing the SGX's operational efficiency and strategic alignment by designing, documenting, and monitoring critical business processes. The role involves developing business process manuals and company policy documents, establishing frameworks to track performance.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain Business Process Manuals (BPMs) across departments to ensure standardization and operational efficiency.
- Lead process-mapping workshops with stakeholders to identify and document current workflows and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance of processes with company goals, industry best practices, and relevant Nigerian regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to integrate new or revised processes into daily operations.
- Draft, review, and update company policy documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks in collaboration with legal and HR teams.
- Ensure policies are aligned with corporate objectives, operational needs, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NERC, NCC, or relevant electric mobility sector guidelines).
- Facilitate internal awareness campaigns and training sessions on updated policies and procedures.
- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics for departments including Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering.
- Regularly track performance against targets, analyze gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance dashboards and reports to executive leadership.
- Support the development and deployment of digital tools for performance monitoring and reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives and business improvement programs.
- Lead or support internal audits and reviews related to process adherence and operational performance.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends, benchmarks, and innovations in electric mobility and business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Certifications in Business Process Management (e.g., CBPP, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business process improvement, performance management, or corporate strategy, preferably in a technology, energy, or mobility sector.
- Experience with using MS Teams, BPM tools, MS Office, etc required.
- Experience with policy development, process documentation, and enterprise performance management tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SAP) is a plus.

- ₦500,000.00 Monthly
