Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all equipment and machinery in the cashew processing plant.
The role involves ensuring minimal downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and maintaining safety and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 7 - 8 years of experience in maintenance within food processing, preferably in a cashew or nut processing facility.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
