Job Description:
– Assist the Factory Director in managing daily production operations and process optimization.
– Support employee management activities, including team coordination and performance support.
– Participate in implementing and monitoring safety management systems to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
– Assist in quality management efforts to uphold and improve product standards.
– Engage in cross-departmental training to develop a comprehensive understanding of factory operations.
– Perform other tasks assigned by the Factory Director or management to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
– More than 5 years of work experience in a dairy beverage manufacturing plant.
– Strong interest in factory operations and leadership development.
– Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety standards.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
– Team-oriented with a proactive learning attitude.
