Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Management: Manage procurement processes, including tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation.
2. Supplier Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure best value and quality.
3. Contract Management: Develop, review, and manage contracts with suppliers.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
3. Skills:
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., ERP systems).
