Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s outsourcing strategy
- Manage recruitment, deployment, and supervision of contract staff for client projects
- Liaise with clients to understand outsourcing needs and ensure timely service delivery
- Develop strategic partnerships to grow the outsourcing portfolio
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of outsourced personnel
- Ensure compliance with labor and contractual obligations
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular performance and financial reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in outsourcing, HR services, or project staffing
- Proven track record in client relationship management and operations oversight
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
