Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our diverse operations and drive growth across our core business areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills to effectively oversee the company’s daily operations and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company’s business units
- Manage day-to-day operations across departments: Marketing & Coding, Safety Equipment, IT Solutions, OEM Representation, and Contracting
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market share
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
- Strengthen partnerships with clients, OEMs, and suppliers
- Lead and motivate teams for high performance and professional development
- Monitor financial performance and prepare periodic business reports
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in industrial services, coding equipment sales, or contracting sectors
- Proven track record in business development, operations management, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, coding systems, or safety equipment industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with experience managing technical and non-technical teams
