Job Description
The Gold Mining Lab Scientist will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of gold ore and other mineral samples. The role demands precision, adherence to industry standards, and efficient reporting to support mining operations and production optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory tests on ore samples to determine gold content and other valuable minerals.
Prepare accurate reports detailing findings, processes, and recommendations.
Ensure all laboratory procedures comply with company and regulatory safety standards.
Collaborate with geologists, mining engineers, and production teams on ore grade control and quality assurance.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure proper documentation.
Support metallurgical test works and other related projects as required.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
