Job Description

Location: Lekki Phase 1

Resumption: Immediate

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide inventory management and executive support to our medical spa team. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, effective inventory control, and administrative support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Track inventory, monitor expiration dates, and handle procurement.
- Attend meetings, coordinate schedules, and assist with admin tasks.
- Maintain digital systems, ensure device functionality, and support reporting.
- Draft labels, and collaborate on marketing campaigns.

Skills & Requirements:

- BSc or its equivalent in any related field
- Basic finance/ admin skill
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience using inventory tools (Sortly,Trello ,or similar)
- Comfortable with Canva, digital admin ,and learning new tools fast
- NYSC corpers welcome to apply
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work unsupervised
- Candidate should reside on the island or its environs.
Salary:
₦140,000.00 Monthly
