●Be in charge and control of all social media handles of the company like Instagram,Facebook,Tiktok etc.
●Reply to all social media requests and enquiries.
●Follow up and conclude sales on all social media platforms
●Liaise with logistics officers to know what is in stock so as to close sales seamlessly.
●Offer recommendations for enquiring customers
●Train merchandisers on how to close sales and guild customers to make sales
●Regularly visit our B2B outlets and assist push sales while offering strategies on how to improve their
sales
●Supervise merchandiser performance and gauge their performance
●Other functions that will be assigned to you from time to time.
● Identify,recruit,build relationships with socal media influencers and beauty ambassadors.
●Monitor influencer campaigns to ensure deliverables are met and branding guidelines are followed
