Job Description

Requirements:
Proven experience working as a chef in a hotel, bar, or restaurant

Ability to cook a wide range of local and continental dishes

Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness

Must be reliable, organized, and able to work with little supervision

Minimum of SSCE; vocational training or culinary certificate is an advantage

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
