Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all human capital matters.
Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Oversee employee relations, organizational culture, and change management processes.
Direct compensation and benefits strategies to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Ensure compliance with all labor regulations, policies, and HR standards.
Lead HR digital transformation initiatives and implement effective HR systems (HRIS).
Manage the HR budget and drive operational efficiency within the HR department.
Represent the organization in labor negotiations and manage union relationships, where applicable.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, CHRP) is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of labor laws, corporate governance, and organizational development.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience with digital HR tools, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
