Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end technical programs focused on website and UX initiatives, from planning to execution.
- Led designs and development of WordPress-based experiences.
- Manage programs sprint planning, backlog grooming, and program reporting to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Define team KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
- Act as the bridge between business goals and technology execution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven years of experience in technical program management, web development, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with WordPress, including theme and plugin development.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering programs excellently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
