Job Description
1.Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
2.Meeting Coordination:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary information and documents in advance.
3.Travel Management:
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Compile and process travel-related documents, including expense reports.
4.Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Track project progress, gather data, and prepare reports as needed.
5.Office Management:
Oversee office operations, including managing supplies and equipment.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office functioning.
6.Confidentiality and Discretion:
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
7.Communication:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members, clients, vendor and stakeholders.
Communicate effectively on behalf of the MC, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
8.Event Planning:
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and participant communication.
9.Document Management:
Maintain and organize files, records, and other documents.
Ensure that all documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
Automate records managements in the company.
