*Salary: $40 – $60/hr*
*Hiring Criteria*
*7+ years of experience in the tech industry.*
*Strong background in Web3 and blockchain development.*
*3+ years of experience and Proficiency in Solidity and other relevant Web3 technologies.*
*Prior experience building secure, non-custodial wallets or similar dApps.*
*Ability to work independently and collaborate across time zones.*
